Vollrath 67610 Description
For stability during transportation, the Vollrath 67610 frying pan's handle is attached to the base with an EverTite™ rivet system. This handle features a TriVent® silicone cover that's insulated for effective heat protection and rated for temperatures as high as 450 degrees Fahrenheit. The base of the pan is constructed of durable, wear- and rust-resistant aluminum; its cooking surface is finished with a SteelCoat x3™ coating. This nonstick surface has three layers, ensuring product slides off when cleaned. Overall, this pan measures 10 inches in top diameter by 7 5⁄8 inches in bottom diameter by 2 1⁄8 inches high.
