Vollrath 67532 Description
Great for high-volume liquid cooking, the Vollrath 67532 Wear-Ever® stock pot can be used for stocks, soups, and stews. Its narrow shape, tall sides, and thick base encourage simmering while preserving liquid, leading to bubbling that extracts flavor from the ingredients. Made of aluminum, the pot is heavy duty and promotes uniform heating. Because the construction is thick, it resists bending, denting, and warping.
