Vollrath 59500F Description
The Vollrath 59500F Mirage® fajita skillet heater quickly brings fajita skillets to sizzling temperatures using induction. Generating a magnetic field above the cooking surface, this type of unit has a copper coil inside. When an induction-ready skillet is placed on it, heat will transfer to the cookware, and it can heat a pan from room temperature to a pre-set heat in 120 seconds. It accommodates standard fajita pans made of cast iron.
A digital countdown timer on the control panel of the Vollrath 59500F induction cooktop lets users know how long it will take to heat the skillet. While the ceramic glass top is smooth and eases cleaning, the case is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel. The low-profile design is mounted on rubber feet.
