Vollrath 55002 Description
The Vollrath 55002 Redco® Instacut™ manual dicer features a 5-inch, square cutting area that fits large fruit and vegetables for dicing. The blade assembly pops in and out, facilitating cleaning and maintenance. The thermoset blade frames resist corrosion and never need to be adjusted. A red T-handle enables the user to push down on the pusher block, pushing the product through the blades and dicing it into 1⁄2-inch pieces. The base can accommodate containers as high as 6 inches to catch and store product.
