Vollrath 47096 Description
The Vollrath 47096 French whip is shaped to blend sauces. Its 22-inch length reaches into deep vessels, and the one-piece construction prevents ingredients from getting caught in cracks and crevices. While the wires are made of heavy-duty stainless steel, a reinforcing wire in the center ensures the whip holds its shape when mixing thick substances. Designed for comfort, the 5 7⁄16-inch-long handle is made of textured nylon, which is resistant to damage from temperatures as high as 475 degrees Fahrenheit.
