Designed to quickly heat up and recover temperatures between loads, this unit has an adjustable thermostat that operates at temperatures as high as 375 degrees Fahrenheit. If the Vollrath 40706 countertop electric fryer exceeds a safe temperature level, it automatically shuts off for safety. Nonskid feet keep the unit stable on countertops.
