This countertop convection oven is ideal for use in restaurants, bakeries, and coffee shops, and is the perfect portable size for catering services. Bake breads, muffins, pastries, and much more in this Vollrath Primo Pro countertop convection oven. Its grill element makes it ideal for browning, roasting and grilling.This versatile convection oven even heats and retherms large quantities of frozen and chilled foods to their original fresh-cooked flavor.

Constructed with a double-insulated stainless steel exterior and interior, this countertop convection oven's rounded interior corners and removable shelf runners allow for easy cleaning. That stainless steel exterior is also highly resistant to dents and scratches. The three chrome-plated steel wire shelves are designed to prevent tipping and can accomodate three half-sheet pans. The interior light allows you to easily view your foods as they cook through the glass door, while a unique fan evenly distributes 150-570 degree F temperatures for evenly baked food and consistent results. Its timer automatically shuts the oven off after a preset period.
