Vollrath 36441R Description
With its polyurethane foam insulation and copper temperature control, the Vollrath 36441R drop-in cold food well is designed to keep popular products chilled and close at hand, reducing prep time. It fits into a countertop hole measuring 28 1⁄4 inches by 25 1⁄4 inches, and its 8-inch-deep well is made to support up to 2 pans worth of food. This unit is intended to be paired with a remote compressor (not included) that can be connected to the bottom of the unit.
Thanks to its galvanized steel exterior housing and stainless steel well, the Vollrath 36441R drop-in refrigerator unit maintains its original appearance and protects its internal components. Its 18/8 stainless steel composition contains both nickel and chromium for scratch resistance and simplified cleaning. Additionally, its entire body is rimmed with a flanged spill guard to help maintain a clean workspace and reduce messes.
