Vollrath 36429R Description
Designed for drop-in installation, the Vollrath 36429R refrigerated cold pan is meant to keep popular products chilled and within reach of customers. It measures 29 inches by 26 inches, and its interior well has a depth of 6 inches. This gives it ample room for storing two full-size pans full of food, as well as any ice needed to hold products at their ideal temperatures.
The Vollrath 36429R drop-in refrigerator is powered using a remote compressor which is sold separately. This unit's interior well is made of 18/8 stainless steel while its exterior housing is made of 304 stainless steel. To reduce spills and workplace accidents, it has a full-perimeter drip edge. For thermostat control it is equipped with a copper tube, and its body is insulated using polyurethane foam, reducing energy waste.
