Pitco's floor model commercial fryers are perfect for handling all your high demand frying needs. This gas fryer holds 35-pounds of fat and is built with adjustable legs to fit any size kitchen. Pitco has included safety features that automatically shut the fryer off if the upper temperature limits are exceeded to prevent fires or if the drain valve is opened.
