Ice-O-Matic ICE1006FA 30" ICE Series™ Full Cube Ice Machine Head - 1060-lb/24-hr, Air Cooled, 208-230v/1ph

This Ice-O-Matic ice machine is air-cooled, making it very water- and energy-efficient, requiring only 19 gallons of water to make 100 pounds of ice. The air intake and discharge require 6 inches of clearance on either side for proper ventilation. The exterior of the ice machine is made of stainless steel and fingerprint-proof plastic for a durable exterior, and the copper evaporator plates are plated with nickel to help ensure the part's longevity. This evaporator plate works with the Harvest Assist design to harvest ice quickly, allowing the machine to make up to 1,060 pounds of full-cube ice per day.

The Ice-O-Matic ICE1006FA uses Pure Ice® antimicrobial protection to slow the growth of fungus and bacteria on internal components of the equipment. To further assist with sanitation, the IFQ2 water filter (sold separately) is compatible with this unit, and works to filter out sediment from incoming water, and also reduces scale buildup in the ice machine. The exterior of the machine is made of stainless steel and plastic to be able to withstand the rigors of commercial use.
