Ice-O-Matic ICE0500HR 30" ICE Series™ Half Cube Ice Machine Head - 567-lb/24-hr, Remote Cooled, 115v

Ice-O-Matic has replaced its ICE Series models with the CIM series, which is designed to be more user friendly, easier to clean, and more efficient. As part of this roll-out, this model has been replaced by the CIM0530HR, which can produce 525 pounds of half-cube ice per day.

The Ice-O-Matic ICE0500HR ice maker is a remote-cooled unit. As such, it requires the VRC 1001 remote condenser unit and pre-charged refrigerant line set for installation. That unit is sold separately and must be installed by a refrigeration technician. The unit's remote condenser allows it to achieve a high production capacity of up to 567 pounds of ice per day. The half-cube ice that the Ice-O-Matic machine produces is ideal for soft drinks, iced tea, and blended frozen beverages.

This ice maker is designed for durability and easy cleaning. The exterior is built with long-lasting stainless steel and plastic that will not show fingerprints. The evaporator plate is coated with nickel to create a corrosion-resistant finish that's designed to give that vital component a long life. The Ice-O-Matic ICE0500HR ice machine's food zone features many components that are made with an antimicrobial compound molded in that slows the growth of bacteria, mold, yeast, and slime so the ice stays cleaner, fresher, and safer between ice machine cleanings.
