The Ice-O-Matic ICE0500HA/B55PS ice maker and bin combo is equipped with a harvest assist feature that shortens the ice harvest cycle to increase the machine's production capacity and decreases its energy consumption. The equipment is capable of producing as much as 565 pounds of ice every 24 hours when it is installed in locations with 70 degree Fahrenheit air and 50 degree Fahrenheit water temperatures. The included ice bin has a capacity for 510 pounds of ice. A polyurethane foam liner insulates that bin to slow the melting of ice so you'll have plenty on hand to get you through your busiest periods.

Inside the ice machine, food zone surfaces are protected by Pure Ice® antimicrobial that slows the growth of bacteria, slime, mold, and yeast so those surfaces stay cleaner for longer between cleanings. The evaporator plate is protected with a plating of nickel, resisting corrosion and extending the life of that critical component. The Ice-O-Matic ICE0500HA/B55PS ice machine head is built with rugged stainless steel and fingerprint-proof plastic. The bin is built with the same rugged materials and also includes leveling 6-inch feet.
