Ice-O-Matic ICE0500FW 30" ICE Series™ Full Cube Ice Machine Head - 596-lb/24-hr, Water Cooled, 115v

Ice-O-Matic has replaced its ICE Series models with the CIM series, which is designed to be more user friendly, easier to clean, and more efficient. As part of this roll-out, this model has been replaced by the CIM0530FW, which can produce 530 pounds of full-cube ice per day.

With the ability to produce as much as 596 pounds of full-cube ice in a 24-hour period, the Ice-O-Matic ICE0500FW ice machine is ideal for serving premium liquors, mixed, drinks, and soft drinks in busy bars and eateries. Many interior surfaces of the ice machine are protected with molded-in Pure Ice®, an antimicrobial compound that creates an inhospitable environment for harmful microorganisms like bacteria, slime, mold, and yeast that can impart off-tastes and cause illnesses. That feature keeps ice fresher and safer between machine cleanings.

The exterior of the Ice-O-Matic ICE0500FW is made of long-lasting stainless steel and fingerprint-proof plastic. The machine's evaporator plate is finished with a nickel plating that resists rust and wear and tear, extending the component's life. This machine's ice harvest cycle is made more efficient with a harvest assist mechanism that pushes ice off of the evaporator plate, increasing the machine's daily capacity and reducing energy costs.
