Ice-O-Matic ICE0400HA 30" ICE Series™ Half Cube Ice Machine Head - 505-lb/24-hr, Air Cooled, 115v

Ice-O-Matic has replaced its ICE Series models with the CIM series, which is designed to be more user friendly, easier to clean, and more efficient. As part of this roll-out, this model has been replaced by the CIM0430HA, which can produce 435 pounds of half-cube ice per day.

Ice-O-Matic's ICE0400HA is an air-cooled, ENERGY STAR certified ice machine head, capable of producing up to 505 pounds of half-cube ice per day when installed in environments with 70 degree Fahrenheit or cooler and water that's no warmer than 50 degrees Fahrenheit. The machine produces cubes that are 3⁄8 inch by 7⁄8 inch by 7⁄8 inch, making it a good choice for establishments that serve soft drinks, iced tea, and blended frozen beverages like smoothies and frozen cocktails.

A harvest assist mechanism shortens the length of time this ice machine must spend in its harvest cycle, resulting in an increased daily production capacity and greater energy efficiency when compared to machines that rely on traditional methods of harvesting the ice. Inside the Ice-O-Matic ICE0400HA machine's food zone, surfaces that come in contact with water are protected with a Pure Ice® antimicrobial compound that slows the growth of harmful bacteria to keep ice safer and fresher between ice machine cleanings
