The Cambro UPC160401 insulated food carrier retains optimal temperatures for as long as 4 hours, keeping food hot between 167.1 to 185.7 degrees Fahrenheit or cold between 33.5 to 37.1 degrees Fahrenheit. To facilitate carrying and handling during transport, this piece of equipment is equipped with molded-in handles on each side, while its heavy-duty nylon latches and removable, airtight gasket help maintain ideal temperatures.
Designed with a self-venting configuration, the Cambro UPC160401 commercial food carrier consistently releases steam and equalizes pressure to ensure optimal performance.
