Cambro UPC160192 Description
Designed with a 20-quart capacity, the Cambro UPC160192 commercial food carrier can retain ideal temperatures for as long as 4 hours—33.5 to 37.1 degrees Fahrenheit for cold product and 167. 1 to 185.7 degrees Fahrenheit for hot product. This piece of equipment has a molded-in handle on each side to facilitate transport, while the durable nylon latches bolster temperature-holding times.
The Cambro UPC160192 insulated food carrier's gasket can be removed to facilitate cleaning. To equalize pressure and release steam, this piece of equipment is designed with a self-venting configuration. It's stackable with Camcarriers and is dishwasher safe for streamlined cleaning. For additional protection from wear and tear, the food carrier's textured exterior is resistant to scratches.
