Cambro UPC160191 Description
The Cambro UPC160191 commercial food carrier can hold one full-size pan or multiple 6-inch-deep fractional pans and has an approximate capacity of 20 quarts. This piece of equipment retains ideal product temperatures for a maximum of 4 hours: 33.5 to 37.1 degrees Fahrenheit for cold foods and 167.1 to 185.7 degrees Fahrenheit for hot foods. Its four molded-in handles promote comfortable gripping for facilitated transport.
To extend holding times, the Cambro UPC160191 insulated food carrier is equipped with an airtight, removable gasket and four rust-resistant nylon latches, and to equalize pressure and release steam, it has a self-venting configuration. This piece of equipment is stackable with Camcarriers. To streamline cleanup, it can be cleaned in a commercial warewasher. The textured surface is resistant to scratches.
