Part of the Ultra Pan Carriers® collection, the Cambro UPC140401 insulated food carrier loads from the top and can hold one full-size pan or multiple 4-inch-deep fractional pans. This piece of equipment has a 12.3-quart capacity and a 4-hour temperature retention rate—167.1 to 185.7 degrees Fahrenheit for hot foods and 33.5 to 37.1 degrees Fahrenheit for cold foods.
Featuring four molded-in handles, the Cambro UPC140401 commercial food carrier ensures a secure grip for transport. The rust-resistant nylon latches and removable airtight gasket optimize temperature holding, while the self-venting design promotes equalized pressure and the release of steam. To facilitate organization, this piece of equipment is stackable with Camcarriers, and it's dishwasher safe for streamlined cleaning.
