The Cambro UPC140110 insulated food carrier is part of the Ultra Pan Carriers® collection and has a 12.3-quart capacity, accommodating one full-size pan or fractional pans that measure 4 inches in depth. This piece of equipment comes in black to blend in unobtrusively with catering themes, and it can be loaded from the top. This food carrier can keep hot product between 167.1 and 185.7 degrees Fahrenheit and holds cold product between 33.5 and 37.1 degrees Fahrenheit. Temperatures are preserved for as long as four hours due to the four durable nylon latches and an airtight gasket; these latches won't rust, and the gasket can be removed for quick cleaning.
