Cambro UPC140192 Description
Available in green, the Cambro UPC140192 insulated food carrier is part of the Ultra Pan Carriers® collection. Operators can load one full-size pan or multiple 4-inch-deep fractional pans into the top of the unit. It has a 12.3-quart capacity. For 4 hours, the food carrier can retain temperatures between 33.5 and 37.1 degrees Fahrenheit or 167.1 and 185.7 degrees Fahrenheit, accommodating cold or hot foods.
The Cambro UPC140192 food carrier facilitates transport and promotes comfortable carrying by providing a molded-in handle on all four sides. To ensure consistent temperatures, this piece of equipment is equipped with an airtight gasket and four heavy-duty nylon latches; these latches are resistant to rust, and the gasket is removable for quick cleaning. To release steam and equalize pressure, the food carrier has a self-venting configuration.
