Cambro UPC140191 Description
The Cambro UPC140191 insulated food carrier has the capacity for one pan or multiple fractional pans measuring 4 inches deep. This piece of equipment comes in gray and is part of the Ultra Pan Carriers® collection, loading from the top. The food carrier retains optimal temperatures for as long as 4 hours: 167.1 to 185.7 degrees Fahrenheit for hot foods and 33.5 to 37.1 degrees Fahrenheit for cold product.
To promote a comfortable grip for transport, the Cambro UPC140191 food carrier has a molded-in handle on each side. The rust-resistant nylon latches optimize temperature holding, and the airtight gasket can be removed for streamlined cleaning. To equalize pressure and release steam, this piece of equipment is constructed with a self-venting configuration, and for optimized storage, it can be stacked with Camcarriers.
