Designed with a 12.3-quart capacity, the Cambro UPC140131 insulated food carrier can accommodate one full-size pan or fractional pans that measure 4 inches in depth. This piece of equipment comes in brown, and it's part of the Ultra Pan Carriers® collection. It can be loaded from the top and retains ideal temperatures for as long as 4 hours, optimal for hot and cold foods.
The Cambro UPC140131 food carrier is constructed with molded-in handles on all four sides to facilitate transportation and promote a comfortable grip. To optimize temperature holding, this piece of equipment has a removable airtight gasket and four rust-resistant nylon latches. Its self-venting design equalizes pressure and releases steam, and the carrier is stackable with Camcarriers for optimized organization.
