Cecilware Pro SG1SF Description
The Cecilware Pro SG1SF panini press cuts cooking time in half with its hinged lid and high-heat cast iron plates. Foods such as quesadillas, burgers, and french toast cook best on the press' griddle-like surface. Its cast iron retains heat better than aluminum or vitroceramic plates and has a 570-degree-Fahrenheit maximum heat setting. When users pull down on the counter-balanced top plate to accommodate food height, foods are heated on both sides simultaneously for even cooking. With frequent reseasoning, the plates ensure a nonstick surface, so food residue doesn't linger after use.
A grease tray is located at the bottom of the Cecilware Pro SG1SF sandwich grill for quick removal and easy cleaning. The press is finished with stainless steel, so it can withstand common bumps and scrapes that often occur in kitchens. Plus, its nonslip feet stabilize the press, so its risk of falling over if bumped is reduced.
