The Crathco 3312 barrel freezer is capable of dispensing 5 to 7 gallons of frozen beverage an hour, including frozen cocktails, smoothies, cappuccinos, lemonades, juices, and more. A consistency control enables operators to dispense consistently under various ambient conditions, while the equipment's Flavorlight® illuminated header helps attract customer attention and drives impulse sales.

This Crathco 3312 drink machine accommodates two beverages, as each flavor has a 1.5-gallon barrel of ready-to-dispense product and a 2.25-gallon reservoir tank. So there is no need to wait for frozen product after the unit is refilled, the barrel is automatically topped-off from the reservoir as product is dispensed. A low-level indicator light alerts users when the reservoir needs refilling.
