Versatile for almost any type of cooking, the Cleveland SET15 countertop tilt skillet has a temperature range of 175 to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Its high-efficiency heating system evenly distributes heat from the heating elements to the pan bottom, and it quickly preheats and recovers temperatures. Resisting warping at high temperatures, the cooking surface has a nonstick finish created by bead blasting.

Even though this Cleveland SET15 tilting skillet is a countertop model, it still holds 15 gallons of food, and because of this capacity, a tilt mechanism is integrated into the unit so operators can empty the contents. The tilt handle can be mounted on the right or left, and the balanced design eases tilting the pan body. To keep heat around cooking food, a lift-off cover is included with the braising pan. Minimizing the amount of water in product and the amount of steam in the pan, the adjustable vent can be opened.
