AccuTemp ACGL-40E NG 40 gal Steam Kettle - Stationary, 2/3 Jacket, Natural Gas

The AccuTemp ACGL-40E Edge™ stationary steam kettle has a temperature holding range of 165 to 285 degrees Fahrenheit. It is supported by 1 5⁄8-inch-diameter stainless steel pipe legs and runs on natural gas. This kettle is equipped with a power switch, thermostat, pilot switch, low-water light, vacuum and pressure gauge, safety relief valve, and low-water shut-off.

The entire steam kettle is constructed of durable stainless steel. Purified water is contained in the jacket enclosure, and the bottom is hemispherical for efficient heat circulation. Four adjustable feet with holes enable the unit to be secured to the floor. Completely self-contained, this equipment generates its own steam, recycles condensate, and operates without water or drain plumbing connections.

The AccuTemp ACGL-40E steam kettle operates at a maximum pressure of 50 PSI. Its 2-inch tangent draw-off valve drains the contents, and the double wall interior forms a steam jacket around the unit's lower two-thirds. Excellent for cooking and transferring heat, its steam carries six times more energy than boiling water on a stove, and it has been pre-treated with rust inhibitor.
