Star 8148RCBB Description
Controlled individually with heavy-duty metal knobs, the Star 8148RCBB Ultra-Max® charbroiler's cast iron burners are spaced 6 inches apart to provide precise control over the broiling area. Radiants direct heat from the burners to the broiling surface, which has durable cast iron grates. To give the operator control over the heat level, the grates are adjustable in 6-inch sections to flat or inclined positions.
If greasy products are cooked on this Star 8148RCBB charbroiler, splatter is contained by the tapered splash guards. Its bull-nose edge extends on the front to protect the operator from heat and the knobs from damage. To prevent overheating, the 4-inch legs keep the hot components elevated off the countertop, and they are adjustable to maintain stability if the countertop is uneven.
