Created with high performance BTU's 20000 tubular steel burners every 6" of width, this 48" radiant style charbroiler will provide you with excellent broiling capability and maximize even heat distribution. Heavy-duty cast iron grates can be individually positioned, flat or slanted to accommodate a wide variety of broiling needs. The grates are even reversible with a thin side for searing steaks and thick side for more delicate menu items such as fish. This charbroiler also features a large capacity stainless steel water tang for hassle free clean up.
