The ultra-smooth 3/4" thick polished steel plate provides superior heat distribution, fast recovery and energy efficient operation. The custom designed 20,000 BTU aluminized steel U-shaped burners are placed every 12" of cooking surface to provide even heat distribution. The heavy-duty body construction of this 15" manual control griddle features a stainless steel front, bull nose and 4-1/2" high tapered splash guard to protect walls and other equipment. The spatula wide 3-1/4" front grease trough and grease chute makes cleaning easier. The large 4-1/2 qt stainless steel grease drawer contains grease and product waste preventing messes and flavor transfer. The heavy-duty 4" legs are adjustable so that you can blend this countertop griddle in with the rest of your cookline.
