The Lincoln 2501-4/1353 Impinger® countertop oven is ideal for low-volume kitchens with limited space. Its quiet design doesn't produce much noise that may disturb patrons or employees. This oven prepares product using impingement, which blasts jets of hot air on food to ensure crispness.
The temperature of the Lincoln 2501-4/1353 countertop conveyor oven is adjustable to a level between 200 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit. To access this setting, users can check the digital control panel. This panel also features options for preset menu configurations and conveyor belt speed.
