Lincoln 2501-4/1346 Description
The Lincoln 2501-4/1346 commercial conveyor oven's stainless steel exterior withstands scratching and rust, increasing the length of its service life. Its conveyor belt is also stainless steel, providing a durable, flexible belt that's removable from the oven for servicing and cleaning. The belt is extended for further holding capacity and nonstick to simplify product removal.
This Lincoln 2501-4/1346 electric conveyor oven has a 15-minute timer, which keeps kitchen staff apprised of the cooking cycle's progress. The timer is one of several digitally controlled settings, along with the oven's temperature, belt speed, power, and other features. The oven has a temperature range of 200 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit, so it can cook a wide range of products. To lift it above countertops, the oven is mounted on 4-inch legs.
