Hatco MC-15 Description
Using fiberglass insulation, the Hatco MC-15 mini compact booster water heater minimizes heat loss and optimizes recovery time for consistent use in busy kitchens. Because it is equipped with a stainless steel front panel, this unit can be wiped clean. The hammertone body is scratch resistant and powder coated with a silver exterior. Holding 3 1⁄5 gallons, this booster heats water to the 180-degree-Fahrenheit temperature needed to properly sanitize dishware.
With a temperature-relief valve and a pressure-reducing valve, the Hatco MC-15 mini compact booster water heater works at levels safe for the operator. Its internal temperature can be monitored with two pressure gauges. For flexible installation, the unit can stand on countertops or the floor with its 6-inch black legs.
