Hatco FSHC-7-2 Description
The Hatco FSHC-7-2 insulated mobile heated cabinet uses electronical components for heating and a water reservoir to provide humidity; its heat and humidity levels can both be controlled thermostatically by employees. A digital readout on the front of the cabinet enables temperature monitoring, while the two glass doors provide a view of food in the cabinet for product monitoring. The sides of the unit are fully insulated to reduce heat and energy usage.
Because the pan slides in the Hatco FSHC-7-2 full-height heated cabinet are removable, they can be thoroughly scrubbed free of crumbs and debris. These slides are adjustable by 1 1⁄2 inches or 3 inches and can accommodate seven 18-inch by 26-inch or 12-inch by 20-inch food pans. Situated on large swivel casters, this pass-thru unit can be wheeled from the kitchen to a banquet hall to facilitate foodservice.
