Delfield N8143B Description
This drop-in mechanically cooled pan is a self-contained Bloomington style refrigerated unit. Built to accommodate 3 pans at 12" X 20" X 4" each, this cold pan has a temperature control with an ON/OFF switch for fast shut down. Constructed of 20-gauge stainless steel with a 22-gauge liner, this drop in refrigerated pan is one sturdy unified piece. Both the sides and the bottom are wrapped with refrigeration lines and insulated with high-density closed-cell polyurethane to ensure capital performance.
