Delfield N8081 Description
To fit in an 80 3⁄4-inch by 25-inch cutout, the Delfield N8081 ice-cooled cold pan measures 81 3⁄4 inches wide by 26 inches deep by 10 3⁄4 inches high. Its adapter bars enable operators to place six 12-inch by 20-inch pans within it; a perforated false bottom elevates the pans while draining liquid runoff. For quick cleaning, the well is built with a 1-inch drain to remove water. This unit is great for displaying food on a buffet line.
The Delfield N8081 drop-in cold well is ice cooled to keep product chilled until it's served. Its exterior is constructed of strong galvanized steel, while the interior and top are made of stainless steel—a durable metal that doesn't rust, corrode, warp, or dent over time. Insulated with high-density polyurethane foam, this well retains chill effectively, ensuring ice melts slowly.
