Delfield N8030 Description

For good, basic, cold storage that you can count on, use this drop-in ice cooled cold pans. The Delfield drop in refrigeration unit is designed to hold 2 full size pans at 29.75" x 25". Constructed of 20-gauge stainless steel and insulated with polyurethane, this unit will provide optimal cool storage performance. This cool storage pan has a removable perforated stainless steel false bottom that is equipped with an adapter bar to allow for 12" x 20" pans.
