Delfield 8145-EF Description
This Delfield fluid refrigerated cold pan uses Eutectic fluid technology to allow foods to be flush with the top of the counter. The top of this fluid refrigerated cold pan is constructed of 18 gauge stainless steel for lasting durability and corrosion resistance. The sides and bottom of this stainless steel refrigerated cold pan are insulated with high density closed cell polyurethane. The exterior housing is 22 gauge galvanized steel. The refrigeration system of this fluid refrigerated cold pan utilizes Eutectic fluid as the heat transfer medium. The condensing unit is suspended below the cold pan on a 16 gauge steel frame. The temperature control feature has an OFF position to shut down the cold pan for energy conservation. This refrigerated cold pan accommodates 3 pans for your serving lines, grocery stores, or buffets.
