The Delfield 8118-EF drop-in refrigerator pan accommodates a 12-inch by 20-inch pan in its opening and holds refrigerated items flush with countertops to provide a sleek and professional look. Using LiquiTec® eutectic fluid, the unit keeps temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees, which can be adjusted through the electronic controls. Its refrigeration system is mounted in the bottom and runs on eco-friendly HFC-404A refrigerant.

The Delfield 8118-EF drop-in refrigerator pan has a press fit top gasket that will not mark or damage surfaces and a heavyweight stainless steel top with housing constructed of galvanized steel. Insulation is provided by environmentally friendly polyurethane foam. This unit comes with a stainless steel louver on the front that enables it to be installed on-site.
