The Bon Chef S3008 oyster fork is made of durable 18/10 stainless steel. Made of 18 percent chrome and 10 percent nickel, this fork is more rust and corrosion resistant than 18/8 and 18/0 alloys. Ideal for modern seafood restaurants, it features a Manhattan pattern with a smooth handle, and its thin tines and 5 3⁄8-inch length are ideal for removing lobster from its shell and picking up other types of shellfish.
