The APW Wyott TM-90D drop-in food warmer features a 12-inch by 20-inch well to warm wet or dry foods, although wet produces the best results. It's designed for installation in a metal or wood counter and accommodates standard-size steam pans. A tubular, S-shaped heating element is mounted under the well for even heat distribution. An aluminized deflector shield secures this heating element and increases cooking efficiency.

Deep-drawn stainless steel construction provides durability and rust protection and the outer housing is aluminized for corrosion resistance, while the sides and bottom are insulated for heat retention. The heat assembly is covered by galvanized housing and insulated with 1-inch-thick fiberglass on the bottom. This APW Wyott TM-90D hot food well is controlled thermostatically for simple temperature adjustment.
