Metro C569-SDS-L Description
The Metro C569-SDS-L C5™ 6 series heated holding cabinet's ducted heating system distributes heat evenly to eliminate cold spots and shorten recovery times. To accommodate various holding needs, it has a temperature range of 70 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit. This unit also features an integral water pan, which injects passive humidity into the cabinet, preventing foods from drying. To facilitate temperature monitoring, the top-mounted analog thermometer offers a constant, accurate reading.
Because it's made of stainless steel, the Metro C569-SDS-L mobile holding cabinet is durable, corrosion resistant, and easy to clean. Its interior has lip-load slides that accommodate (34) 18-inch by 26-inch pans. It's positioned on casters to enable maneuverability through a cafeteria or dining hall. Overall, this full-height, reach-in unit measures 29 1⁄8 inches wide by 32 5⁄8 inches deep by 74 3⁄4 inches high.
