Suitable for high-volume use in commercial environments, the Metro C569-SDC-L C5™ 6 series mobile heated cabinet is constructed of stainless steel—a durable, rust-resistant metal that can be wiped clean promptly. Its lip-load slides accommodate (34) 18-inch by 26-inch pans. Overall, this full-height, reach-in model measures 29 1⁄8 inches wide by 32 5⁄8 inches deep by 74 3⁄4 inches high.
To optimize food quality by retaining warm air, the Metro C569-SDC-L heated holding cabinet is insulated by high-density fiberglass. It uses an integral water pan to add passive humidity to the cabinet; its ducted heating system heats and recovers quickly for efficient performance. By using its accessible, top-mounted controls, operators can adjust the cabinet's temperature from 70 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit, and to support mobile applications, this unit is furnished with four 5-inch casters.
