Metro C539-HDS-L Description
The Metro C539-HDS-L heated holding cabinet keeps food hot at safe temperatures. The patented technology, Insulation Armour™, retains heat inside the cabinet while keeping the exterior cool to prevent burns. Its durable polymer construction resists dents and stains and has molded-in hand holds that act as handles when you need to move the cabinet. The forced convection system is thermostatically controlled and heats up and recovers heat quickly. The control module on this cabinet is easily removable for cleaning the cabinet interior.
The Dutch-style doors are solid with aluminum construction and 1-inch fiberglass insulation. The field-reversible hinges swing out 180 degrees for easy loading and unloading of the cabinet. Santoprene gaskets are mounted on the doors to keep heat inside the cabinet. Lip load slides hold the pans inside the cabinet. The slides are made from extruded aluminum and have 1 1⁄2-inch fixed spacing. The lip load pan capacity is 34 standard size pans. The Metro C539-HDS-L heated holding cabinet keeps food hot at higher temperatures without moisture control.
