Metro C537-CFC-4 Description
Measuring 27 5⁄8 inches wide by 31 1⁄2 inches deep by 59 inches high, the Metro C537-CFC-4 C5™ 3 heated holding and proofing cabinet is constructed of high-density polyethylene Insulation Armour™. This piece of equipment's four casters enable mobile applications, while its clear polycarbonate door enables product viewing. Operators can reverse the hinges if desired. High-temperature gaskets are mounted to the door, and the pull latches have a lever-action release.
Hand holds are molded into all four corners of the Metro C537-CFC-4 insulated mobile heated cabinet, facilitating movement. To streamline upgrading and cleaning, all holding modules, such as the digital thermometer, recessed control dials, and master on/off switch, are removable without tools. This piece of equipment has the capacity for (14) 18-inch by 26-inch pans or (26) 12-inch by 20-inch by 2 1⁄2-inch pans.
