Metro C535-HLFS-L Description
Built for retaining heat and saving energy, the Metro C535-HLFS-L C5™ 3 heated holding and proofing cabinet's exterior remains cool to the touch for user safety and is made of strong polymer that resists impacts, dents, and stains. Its molded-in hand holds enable mobile applications. The cabinet has three modules: combination proof and hold, holding, and moisture. Operators can also conveniently view the temperature on its digital thermometer.
Users can control the Metro C535-HLFS-L insulated mobile heated cabinet with its recessed dials and master on/off switch. To signal the piece of equipment's status, it's designed with power-indicator lights. All the controls are removable without tools to streamline future upgrades and cleaning without having to replace the entire cabinet body. The thermostatically controlled, forced convection system provides fast recovery and heat-up times.
