Metro C535-HFS-U Description
The Metro C535-HFS-U C5™ 3 half-height insulated mobile heated cabinet has the capacity for eight pans and is protected with red Insulation Armour™ for enhanced durability. To facilitate cleaning and service, the bottom-mount control module is removable without tools. This cabinet's temperature ranges from 80 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Its universal wires slides are on 3-inch centers, and they can be adjusted in 1 1⁄2-inch increments.
Designed with the capacity for eight 18-inch by 26-inch pans or (16) 12-inch by 20-inch by 2 1⁄2-inch pans, the Metro C535-HFS-U heated holding cabinet is optimal for product holding and transportation. This piece of equipment is designed with four 5-inch casters, two of which have brakes for stationary applications. It's made to retain heat, save energy, and keep the exterior cool to the touch.
