Metro C535-CFS-U Description

The Metro C535-CFS-U C5™ 3 Series half-height heated cabinet comes with red Insulation Armour™ to protect the cabinet from damage. This protection also keeps heat inside the cabinet while the door gaskets prevent heat leaks. Its solid door is insulated with fiberglass to retain heat. Since this unit is a combination model, a forced-air heating system evenly distributes heat and moisture, and it can heat and hold product at serving temperatures, proof dough, or a combination of these actions.

Universal slides adjust in 1 1⁄2-inch increments and accept eight 18-inch-by-26-inch pans or (16) 12-inch-by-20-inch-by-2 1⁄2-inch pans. A pull latch with lever-action release prevents the door from opening while the cabinet is being transported. Donut neoprene wheels on the 5-inch casters withstand heavy, repeated use. The Metro C535-CFS-U heated cabinet has a removable control panel with analog knobs for controlling the temperature and humidity settings. They are shown through a digital display, along with a master switch and indicator lights.
