TurboChef I5 Description
The TurboChef I5 countertop microwave convection oven includes an oven cleaner, oven guard, aluminum paddle, standard rack, and two trigger sprayers. It's made of stainless steel, suiting it for use in heavy-duty applications. Using an integral recirculating catalytic converter, this unit operates without a vent. Its dual motors are independently controlled for vertically recirculated air impingement, and its stirrers help ensure even distribution of air for cooking. For adjustments, it's equipped with a digital display, and it stores as many as 200 recipes for quick repeating of popular recipes.
With top and bottom jet plates, the TurboChef I5 high-speed convection oven is useful for creating crispy crusts while simply browning ingredients at the top. Its two hand grips enable repositioning on a countertop while its pull-down handle simplifies opening and shutting its single door. Because it measures 28.10 inches wide by 28.25 inches deep by 24.30 inches high, this oven takes up minimal space in crowded kitchens.
