BKI OC-90 Description
The BKI OC-90 shortening disposal unit transfers 150 pounds of used oil from a fryer in just 2 minutes. Mounted on wheels with a curved handle, employees can steer the unit to the dumpster to empty the tank without risking injury. So they won't degrade when used with hot oil, the 54-inch-long hose and fluoroelastomer pump shaft are resistant to high temperatures. For cleaning, the tank is removable, and it is made of stainless steel to resist corrosion.
