Cadco XAF-113 Description
Equipped with manual controls that operate from 175 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit, the Cadco XAF-113 countertop electric convection oven provides straightforward time and temperature adjustments. A 60-minute timer facilitates defined cooking intervals, and a continuous-on setting reduces downtime between batches. Measuring 23 5⁄8 inches wide by 28 1⁄8 inches deep by 16 7⁄8 inches high, the stainless steel build incorporates a black-framed, double-wall glass door with an LED light that minimizes heat escape and enhances cabinet clarity. The EL080 auxiliary pump kit introduces moisture into the cavity, while three shelves space up to three half-size sheet pans for optimal airflow.
